Profiteroles. i've only seen these in masterchef! Tasted so amazing there was a party in my mouth. Sort of like a scone/cream puff with amazing coffee ice-cream in the middle and whipped cream with those flat nut things and hot chocolate sauce. AMAZING. I'm so bad at describing gourmet food but yea, hope the picture helps :)
